What is included
Availability is checked every minute, with a repeat check before an outage alert. Certificate, domain and major content changes are checked daily. Links, images and email settings are checked after activation and weekly thereafter.
When an alert arrives
Visit your website. If the problem persists, check your hosting provider’s service information and contact whoever maintains the site. Your account records findings and timestamps. A recovery email follows when a confirmed outage ends.
What the checks cannot prove
A homepage response does not prove that checkout, login or contact forms work. Private pages are not checked. Monitoring does not replace backups or a security review.
