Check SPF and DMARC for your domain
SPF and DMARC help receiving email systems evaluate senders. Their DNS records must match the services that send on your behalf.
What the result means
The check reads public SPF and DMARC records and selected blocklists. A record’s presence does not establish that every sender is configured correctly, nor guarantee inbox placement.
If a record is missing
Identify your sending systems, including email, invoicing and ecommerce providers. Follow their DNS instructions. Do not add multiple separate SPF records at the same name.
Make changes carefully
A strict DMARC policy can affect legitimate mail when senders are not aligned. Ask your provider or technical contact to review the complete setup before tightening policy. This service never changes DNS.
What else to test
DKIM, actual delivery, content filters and recipient policy also matter. Send controlled test messages and examine their headers. Monitoring includes email results in your account and report; it is not a full delivery test.
